Isn't this one of the cutest images you have ever seen! Definitely one of my favorites. This is my take on the Indian Betty digi created and provided by Simply Betty Stamps. The challenge for November on her Facebook fan page was to use feathers with this image. She is colored with copics, to the best of my ability. Paper is DCWV, one of the fall stacks. Added some Recollections gems I found at Michaels (love them) and a few feathers I found in my stash. And lots of dimensionals.
