Cat Frosted Frame

Same as Dog frame but a little fishy on frame.

Dog Frosted Frame

Got this idea from a clients house. I believe the frame she had was probably bought. Mine.....handmade. Bought a set of shadow box frames from Michaels for I think $10 for the 3. Put my Cricut to use, actually designed on Gypsy several weeks back so I don't know if I remember exactly where everything came from. I think the "W" is from Gypsy Font and "oof" from Plantin School Book. The scallop frame from Animal Kingdom. I cut out of vinyl then put on glass and used the etching cream. There is a little bone in lower left corner of frame but you can't see it in the pics. I then lined the inside with printed cardstock from DCWV "Pets" pack and added a plain cardstock coordinating color also from DCWV.

Graduation Cards

Yes, graduation. I know it was the beginning of June. I have been very busy and haven't even had time to actually look at all my emails. So gonna try to get up to speed on things. Here are 3 graduation cards I did way back when. The cap was done with Cricut Wildcard and the other two with a stamp set that for the life of me I can't remember where the stamps came from. It was a last minute purchase at Michaels. I bought 2 sets of them.

Mother's Day cards

Here are some Mother's Day cards I made. 1st card is using Rich Razzleberry paper and ink. All white cardstock is Recollections. 2nd and 3rd card are using Soft Suede and Bermuda Bay paper and ink. Cut my finger pretty good trying to open the ink, blood all over one of my cards and table, not very pleasant experience. Anyway..... All cards have an Cuttlebug embossed layer. I used my Cricut to cut out all the oval shapes. Stamp set is Stampin Up Mother's Love. Added some misc ribbon to each. The inside of the Razzleberry card is from Cricut also, I think a certificate. Took too long to poke out all the little bits so I changed to the oval.

Black/Red/White card

Here we have just plain ordinary cardstock, Recollections I think. Used my large corner rounder on all pieces, couldn't find my small one cause I put it away where it didn't belong. The black is embossed with Swiss Dots Cuttlebug folder. Stamp set is Inkadinkado Flourishes and I stamped with Stazon Black and embellished with some clear gems. Inside is stamped with same stamp set. Finished with ribbon down front.

Top Note Die Box Tutorial

Here is the link to the Top Note Box from Beate. I haven't figured out how to add the actual video yet.

Monkey Box

I know, very bright. Printed CS is from "Safari" DCWV stack. Pizza box is from same. Not sure where orange, yellow & green paper is from, I just tried to find something that matched good. My little monkey is from Hero Arts "Playful Animals" and stamped with Brown Stazon. Leaf and branch is Green Stazon although you really can't see that. I did color the leaf in a bit with my Marvy LePlum pens. Green is cut from Spellbinders Scallop Rectangle. Added some polka dot orange ribbon that I cut too short. O, and I used my new Crop-A-Dile to do eyelets on all the pizza boxes.

Doggie Top Note Box

Again, all CS is DCWV, Dog print is fro "Pets" stack. Stamp is Inkadinkado "Dogs" stamp set. He is layered on a piece of brown cs which is cut using Spellbinders Scallop Rectangle die. Added some tiny gemstones to him and he is stamped with Brilliance Brown. His eye is a Swarovski crystal, wanted to use a colored one there. Pizza box is also cut from patterned cs. Added a piece of satin ribbon. I think the box probably could have used something else, just couldn't figure out what. Any ideas?

Butterfly Top Note Pizza Box

Ok, all cardstock is DCWV, Butterfly is from Butterfly & Blossoms pack. Plaid butterfly and pizza box are from last years Spring pack. I did the box with printed cs, didn't like plain white. Stamp is Stampin Up label from SAB set stamped in Stazon Cherry pink. Used the 1 3/4" Stampin Up punch and layered on cooridinating DCWV cardstock and die cut with Spellbinders Scallop circle. Butterflys are with Stampin Up butterfly embosslit. Ribbon from stash on wall, don't know make or color.

Cat Brag Book

Here is another kitty brag book I made recently. All cardstock is DCWV, patterened is from "Pets" paper pack. Cat stamp is done in Brilliance Brown with Inkadinkado Cats stamp with little gems glued on her. She is matted using just straight edge for yellow paper and Spellbinders scallop rectangle die which I had to size a little narrower so it didn't take up too much room on the cover. Bottom patterend cs I used the Stampin Up scallop border punch for the top. "Meow", mice & heart tag are die cut from Sizzix sizzlits. Tied a piece of embrordery floss to the top of the heart tag. I have a whole floss caddy somewhere around here but do you think I could find it when I wanted that floss?! Had to go buy it again.

Top Note Boxes

Well I guess not all are made with the Top Note Die. Butterfly box I used the new Scallop Border and Corner Punch from Stampin Up. Cardstock is DCWV Butterflys & Blossoms. I made the pizza box with coordinating cardstock just to give the whole thing color. Also used Stampin Up Butterfly embosslit die for the Butterflys. All other cardstock is also DCWV.
Cat box is made with Top Note Die. DCWV Pet cardstock pack and stamped image is Inkadinkado Cats in which I added some tiny gemstones to her and she is stamped with Stazon Copper Ink. Box is also matching cardstock.
Cross box was the first on I did so the box is white cardstock. Top Note diecut is DCWV cardstock and stamped image is Inkadinkado Spiritual Scriptures stamped with Brown Stazon and colored with Marvy LePlum pens. All boxes are finished with craft ribbon.
I volunteer for a local group "Nardecchia Spay & Neuter Fund" and we held our annual Spring Basket Party last weekend. I had some ice cream cone coupons given to me by our local "Meadows" and needed to increase the value of them for door prizes. I put 3 in each of these boxes and they were given away. I wanted to do 5 boxes but just ran out of time. The box part is the fast part of it all. Trying to decide what to do on the front is where I get stuck.
So what do you think? Do you think I increased the value of the door prize by using the boxes?

Frame for Chia

Went to Michaels to buy a shadow box frame for this project and ended up with this frame. I really like it. Kind of a gold/green to it. Got 1/4 sheet of mat board and cut frames with my mat cutter I have had for, o, 12+ years. This was 2nd one and my hands hurt too much to try a 3rd. This will have to do for now. Printed the poem on a light green marbled parchment paper. Wanted to do it on watercolor paper but it wouldn't go thru printer. Now this will set up on a shelf with her urn.

Patterened Bugs

Patterened cardstock is from DCWV Butterflys & Blossoms stack. All plain paper is also DCWV. Stamped front butterfly with Inkadinkado "Patterened Bugs" set in Color Box pink. Added some teeny tiny gemstones. Matted using Spellbinders Label One dies. Stamped border of green with a Martha Stewart border punch then added ribbon. Inside left, same border punch and Ink. Patterened Bugs butterfly's in various Color Box colors. Center- reminds me of a puppet stage. Cut a window out with my Marvy punch and punched a scalloped border out with also Marvy. Added 2 pink pieces with swirlies from Hampton Arts "Fabulous Flowers". Solid dangly butterfly is a Marvy punch and other is Martha Stewart. Hung them with thread, should have tried fishing line. Right side stamped verse from TPC "Playful Expressions" in Color Box pink and VersaMagic Pixie Dust. Die cut with Spellbinders Scalloped Rectangle. Then scattered some flowers I made from 3 different size Marvy daisy punches with brad centers.
Kinda tired of looking at this one. Ever get that way? Maybe if I put it away for a few weeks then look at it?

Designs "Memories". And of course added
a ribbon.

Here is the recipe card I made for January 6x6 card swap. Base is DCWV Espresso. Charlie Bubbles by ?, can't remember but I think I got it at ACMoore. Used DCWV green #3 & a mango color for side layer stamped with Flourish Dots by Inkadinkado and accented with clear crystals and ribbon on top.
